Visitors spend some quali-tea time at Farendon Fields

The team at Farendon Fields had local residents and visitors over for tea, and a look at some of our houses for sale in Aylesbury last week.

Guests were invited to stop by and sample a taste of life in the area by exploring the Gosfield and Oatvale showhomes, whilst locally based tea champion, Holy Cow Tea, were on hand hosting tea tasting sessions, where visitors could try some of their excellent blends and snacks brought along for “tea pairing.”

Dream Homes

Whist there, potential buyers could look around the three-bedroom house, the Gosfield and four-bedroom house, the Oatvale, with members of our sales team on hand to answer questions and to paint a picture of what life would be like in Farendon Fields.

Both homes are designed with flexible living space in mind, with an open plan kitchen/living area creating a perfect social space downstairs, as well as French doors leading to the patio to make the most of warmer climes in the garden.

The kitchens are complete with fully integrated Bosch appliances and both main bedrooms in the home are ready with an en suite, alongside a family bathroom in the home so there’s room for everyone to live.

In The Oatvale, families can make the most of the fourth bedroom however they like. Whether you need another bedroom for a little one or more space to concentrate, the fourth bedroom can be adapted to your needs.

Local Life

Buckinghamshire businesses have also helped dress the new showhomes on the development as part of a new Cala’s campaign to support independent, local retailers, Showhome of Support.

Soft furnishings, artwork and edible treats alike from businesses in the local area have been used to decorate the home and give visitors a better feel for life in Farendon Fields.

Upon departure, all the visitors received a branded goody-bag filled with some treats courtesy of some of the local suppliers who have a presence in our Farendon Fields showhomes.

These included soap from Freya Jones Ltd, crystals from Shop of Magical Requirements, biscuits from Just Biscuits and of course an English breakfast blend from Holy Cow Tea.
