Our aim at Cala is to foster a learning culture, where team members own and drive their continuous learning. We believe that having the knowledge and skills you need to do your job well is vitally important to us achieving the Cala vision.

At Cala, we want our leaders to create a culture that builds a workplace to be proud of. We invest in our future leaders, as keepers of our great culture for the future. We have two bespoke programmes designed to support the future leaders within our business.
Cala regularly supports employees through funded further education. This ranges from apprenticeships, college courses, university degrees as well as professional accreditations. This includes the potential to secure financial support for further education and chartership.
