Cala Homes is promoting the site to the north of Banbury Road in Ettington for residential development.

PROPOSED NEW HOMES IN ETTINGTON

Representations have been made to the South Warwickshire Local Plan to promote this site on Banbury Road for a development of around 40 new homes, which could include a mix of family homes and affordable homes.

Over 550 sites were submitted for review and Cala Homes await feedback from the Local Authorities. The next stage of the SWLP development process is due to take place between July-October 2022 with the ‘Issues and Options’ public consultation period.

Cala Homes intend to engage with the local Parish council to introduce the business and discuss the development opportunity including the possibility of providing allotments for the local community as part of the development.

The proposed site is located on the southern edge of Ettington, bounded by the Banbury Road to the south, Fosse Way to the east, Fossebury Farm to the north and residential dwelling to the west.
