Cala gets green light for third phase of flagship Milltimber development 

Cala Homes (North) has received planning approval from Aberdeen City Council for its application to build 82 properties which will form the third phase of its Oldfold Village development in Milltimber.

The development, located on North Deeside Road, is one of Cala’s flagship communities in the north east, set to comprise 550 homes overall.

Ross Maclennan, Land Director at Cala Homes (North), said: “We are pleased to have been granted planning permission for the next phase of our landmark Oldfold Village development.

“The first two phases have been extremely popular, with a real sense of community established within the development, and we have recently launched a third showhome on site, so we are delighted to continue to progress our plans for Oldfold Village.”

Work is expected to commence on the new phase in summer 2021.
