Camps Field, West Lothian

Cala Homes (East) proposes to submit a planning application for residential development of 72 new homes with associated car parking, access, open space, and other associated infrastructure at Camps Field (off Anderson Crescent), part of the wider Calderwood development area. The site benefits from good, sustainable transport links including a number of bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a convenient road network including convenient routes to the Edinburgh City Bypass and beyond.  The proposals for this development also include a number of biodiversity features across the development with landscaped edges and open spaces. There will be a range of product and tenures available from cottage flats to terraces, semi-detached and homes and detached.
