South Home Counties Land and Planning Team
Over the last few years the South Home Counties business has continued to grow and has built a strong profile in the South East by acquiring land for sale in Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and the South London boroughs. As part of a highly ambitious, fast growing group, and backed by our owners, Legal & General, we have the capability and platform for further expansion.
Do you have land for sale in Surrey?
We have a strong land bank to underpin the delivery of our current business plan and we continue to invest heavily in Surrey and the surrounding areas to deliver our growth ambitions. We are looking for more land to continue this upward curve with a strong focus on Sussex, North West Kent and South London boroughs.
Our recent office move to Dorking will ensure we can make the most of pursuing opportunities in Kent and East Sussex – and with support of our owners, Legal & General, we have the resource to back our ambitions.
We are actively looking to acquire land for sale in Sussex and other South Home Counties with the potential for residential development of 40 units or more. This includes sites that have detailed planning permission, outline planning permission, and those that are subject to planning. We are also looking to contract on strategic land opportunities.
We have the skillset and resources to provide swift feedback to vendors and agents on opportunities.
